Seamaster 30 (32' overall). SR 85703 (present owner retaining name)
This boat has been in the same family since 1985. Used only on the Thames for the last 24 years - mainly in fresh water but occasionally in tidal water below Teddington Lock. Capable of use either at sea or the river.
Twin Thorneycroft engines, twin PRM gearboxes and 3 bladed props, Eberspacher heating, gas hob, gas detector, generator, holding tank, manual toilet and shower, 12 V fridge, microwave, battery charger, hot and cold water, immersion heater, VHF radio, searchlight on bows and stern, deck lights fore and aft.
Regularly anti-fouled and serviced with current 5 years safety certificate.
Sleeps 4 in two separate cabins. Forward cabin is open-planned with large table which converts to a double berth. Cockpit has good standing space and headroom with access to side decks.
Aft cabin has a double berth with en-suite heads and shower.
Last lifted 2009. Last major service Aug 09, Hours run: approx. 1,620.

Hull sound with no evidence of osmosis. Painted in 2006. Topsides painted 2007.
The cabin would benefit from a re-paint and general tidy up but other than that she is in good working order.
